Pierson's first T-Ball game

Tonight was Pierson's first T-Ball game, he is grown up so fast. He had a blast and was so excited about getting off of his gear together. He did such a good job of hitting and catching the ball.

Graduation

So I have been busy, busy, busy. I was so proud to see by nephew graduate from high school. He has grown up to be such a good man. He will be off to college before in a few months.

I thought this was so neat, they had the person that they walked in with move the tassel from one side to the other.

This the gift we gave him, 7 towels, one for each day, snacks, shampoo, soap and laundry stuff. A start for dorm life.

Just the start.

I do believe tornado seasons has officially started. On Monday and Wednesday we have had server weather. Monday we were in a direct line of a tornado. Ok, so honestly 50 miles away is a little to close for comfort for me. Wednesday was another night of hearing the tornado sirens go off along with being in the direct path of a tornado. if this is going to be an on going thing, we just might have to consider moving. Ok, maybe not, but still I don't want to be in the path of a tornado every time. I love the summer but why the tornados?

This week also brought my mother in-law down for a visit from Monday until Friday morning. We really enjoy her visiting.

Wow what a week, I am so glad it's over so that another one can start. But hopefully next week will be a little calmer.

Inspiration

I have been inspired by a few close friends to start a blog. So here I am with my first blog and I am not sure where this "blogging" will take me but I am sure of one thing, it will be an interesting journey of my life and the people that inspire me along the way.
